with that combo you will be about 1/2" farther out than on my car and from what I can see you will be fine. tires will be flush with the tops of the wheel wells from a left to right standpoint. bottom of the rear wheels will appear to stick out some from the car which may or may not be a good thing to you. look at the front suspension on the inboard side of the top of the tire to make sure you won't rub. add 8/10 of an inch to the inside of the tire to get a good idea where the 245's will come to. If you need to get a hubcentric ring that will also help the clearance issues there.
