Work Wheel Offsets

I'm curious to know if there are any Work wheel owners that have 20x9.5 front wheels with the offset of +17? These are actually Work VS-XX wheels I'm inquiring about. I'm assuming these will clear a 4-6 pot BBK but do the wheels sit flush or will they stick out? I've seen the same wheels with a +23 offset and they look pretty flush, I'm just wondering if another 6mm is going to make them stick out? I'd settle with a +23 offset if someone can confirm they'll fit a 4-6 pot BBK. I know there's a lot of VS-XX owners out there so please chime in.

if you look at volk GT-S owners with 19X9.5 +17 up front, you will get an idea of how far they'll stick out. do a search.

i think you'll be fine... also look at gthizzle's (sp?) car. he has 20X9.5 +15 up front.

which center disk are they using to get the +17 offset? Thats what determines BBK clearance, not the offset

Here's the spec sheet if that helps. Can anyone explain an A/O/R disk and how it differs?

I don't see a 20x9.5+23 offered in an R disk. R disk allows for the most caliper clearance, but be aware that even an R disk VS-XX doesn't have alot of caliper clearance compared to other wheels due to the spoke design. It'll clear an OEM brembo setup, but no guarantees about any other BBK's. This means you may need to run a spacer in addition to get the caliper clearance required. In a 20x9.5 R disk, your offset options are +17 or +30. A +17 will not allow for any additional spacer to be used without pushing the wheel past the fender which will require running additional negative camber and/or stretching narrower tires to fit. A +17 will have a addition 1/2" of lip though compared to the +30. If I were to choose, I would get the 20x9.5+30 and run either a 10mm or 15mm spacer to get additional BBK clearance depending on kit you plan on running.

^Thanks for the response. I want to get wheels that would accommodate an aftermarket 14" BBK so I can add it later down the road. I'd hate to get wheels now and decide to get a BBK a year from now only to find out it won't fit. I have an '05 coupe so it doesn't come with the brembos. This member has a +23 & +25 offset. However I'm not sure which disk and if it clears a BBK since it doesn't appear he has one. +23 isn't listed on the spec sheet but can be custom ordered.

Thanks for all the responses. I think I'm going with the following:

20x9.5 +17 Rdisk
20x10.5 +25 Odisk

It should fit flush w/o sticking pass the fenders and be able to accommodate a BBK.
