I havent had a chance to read up on these but I think im sold on the GoodYear Eagle F1 GS-D3. I see nothing but good things on these tires.

Depends on what you're looking for.
Good and inexpensive touring tire? Yes.
High-performance? No, it wasn't designed for that.
From what I've read of the KH11, I'd say it'd make an excellent alternative to the Bridgestone Turanza EL42's for a touring tire. However, if you're looking to go with a performance tire, this isn't it.
