Re: Eibachs Installed (pics)

Sorry, I had the regular suspension. My car is as stripped out as it can get. I don't even have a sunroof or power seats.

Eibach retails the springs for $200, I had mine installed over the weekend.

Have the Original Sports Package Springs....might want to sell it.

I was going to go but this weekend was just bad. I can tell you that with 18's you gotta go with 45's or 50's or it's gonna look small like on my car. Or maybe 19's with 35 or 40's. But you're right the handling is so much better. Almost no lateral roll, and it's not springy like Sportline springs.

...And people wonder why I put 20's on a "Sports Sedan"..cause the wheel wells on these cars a friggen huge! If you don't wanna lower your car, you need 19's with 40 series tires(245 section) or 50 series on 18's.

Re: Eibachs Installed (pics)

hmmm... seems like the non-sport tuned owners are having no problems lowering with Eibach Pro Kit. If this is true, where should I get a non-sport tuned shocks if i get a Eibach Pro Kit?

Re: Eibachs Installed (pics)

the guy that installed them threw in an alignment for free. There shouldn't be any camber issues, I've got 20K on my car, about 15K since I've lowered it and it doesn't seem like the inside of the tire is wearing faster than the outside (at least appreciably).

Lucky break on the alignment. Did they check it and find no adjustment necessary?
How much did the Springs lower the car? And how much of a diff on the ride and cornering?

Re: Eibachs Installed (pics)

I think it went down to 1.5.. I went to the local pepboys and they found no alignment necessary..

I dont think the ride quality changed much. I had the sports package prior..
