i run 255/35/20 up front... and 275/30 rear.. no problems unless i turn on a up hill drive way really fast the front will rub. just drive slow when turning, more rubber less road noise.

Why are you running 35 series tires with 20" wheels? the correct sizes are 245/30/20 or 255/30/20 and 275/30/20 or 285/30/20

Well I have known plenty of people that ran that size and they are completely fine with it. Its what people suggested for me from the start. I guess only problem is that the front dropped more then expected. and i still only rub certain times, when like said b4 going up steep driveway or so. And anyway i was running 24/35 b4 and 275/30 perfectly fine. Only problem is that these tires run bigger. I can fit 255 in theback perfectly on still not b stretched, beleive it or not. I may b able to roll my front fender and be good tho. If i do sell, am i better off goin with the 245/30 with the 285 rear? Cause I think this is what ill do since like I said these tires run bigger. but they grip sooo good and its still freezing out lol.

u can run that size i don't see why not.. if my tires are bigger in the front by a tiny bit i dont' see why u can't do vise versa to keep ur front from rubbing.

I run 245/35/20 in ft and 275/30/20 in rear. Dropped on s techs. Honestly I am just making clearance in the fender wells.

is a 35 profile tire going to provide THAT much more protection against bends as opposed to a 30 profile?

I would think that as long as the PSI is the same, the difference is minimal. Maybe some can chime on that. A 245/30 tire is a little less than 0.5in thinner than a 245/35.
