Tire sizing question.

Bear with me, please, I'm new to the G35 scene.
In the April 2004 issue of Sport Compact Car, there is an article about their Project 350Z. The main point of "Part 2" is balancing the suspension. Basically what I liked about their set up was the even tire sizing.

Front: BBS RG755 18x9in
42mm offset, 12mm spacer
Rear: BBS RG679 18x9.5in
25mm offset
Tires: Front and Rear
BF Goodrich g-Force KD 275/40ZR -18

Are the suspension set ups close enough between the 350Z and the G35 Coupe to be able to run the same type set up on the G35?

Re: Tire sizing question.

The cars are nearly identical. You can run the same set up. But remember that your VDC is set up to"see" the staggered tire setup.
