tire size

does anyone know if the tires :
265/30/19 will fit the 05 coupe OEM rear sport package rims?

and

245/35/19 will fit the front rims????

it's only 2cm difference from the OEM tires...
if they do fit.. what are the draw backs???
poor cornering maybe???
