Thanks for the Heads up Gdup35sedan,
I wasn't really sure if the 19" were different widths.

What I meant was not to put the front size tires on the rear, I believe there is an inch difference in diameter, that would cause the VDC to activate.

And cross rotating the stock wheels/tires will do you no good because they are assymetrical tires (Bridestone RE050A) meaning they can only be mounted one way so the inside will always be on the inside. If you have directional tires, then YES, you can cross rotate and prolong the life of your tires.

Alot of people have run into issues when running square setups, while some have gotten away with it. To say that it will work 100% of the time would not be true IMO. Messing with the OEM height stagger can produce weird results with the vdc depending on the particular combination used.

I've got the 19s. So how much more mileage do you think I can get with cross rotating every 5k miles?

You can go with the same size tire front and rear, I have done it for my winter snow tire set up, but you will lose the stagger set up for the car.

The rims should be the same size. On my 04, they put a bolt/nut on the front rotor so you couldn't put the rear wheels/tires on the front. The rear rim didn't have a cut out to accept the bolt......the front rims do.

I'm not sure if the 07 19" rims are set up the same way.

As long as you don't throw off the VDC/ABS systems, you should not have a major problem going with all the same size tires.....
the rear rims on the OEM 19's are 1/2 in bigger than the fronts

If you have the 18's then you could just get 245/45/18's for the front so they match the rear and call it a day. If you have the 19's then i'd swap out the 19x8 fronts for a set of the 19x8.5 rears and get 245/40/19 tires to match the rear.
