Call me crazy, but if I plop down a grand+ I don't want to wait in limbo for up to 3 months while the wheels are made. A lot can happen in 3 months.... At any rate I've got the scratch for the wheels now and am trying to find them in stock in 19's 9.5+30(or around there) fronts and 10.5+24 rears in diamond black(would also take merc silver). Finding these in stock has been somewhat of a challange to say the least. As a last resort I figured I'd post in here to see if anyone knew of anyone else to check with.

I've tried all the forum sponsors and nobody has them. Status hasn't responded back to me in a few days so I guess there is hope for them still. Haven't tried mynismo or mackin yet...Will give them a shot

Volks take a while... I'm not sure what paying "a grand+" has to do with not waiting... I'm paying substantially more for CE28Ns and it's a 3-4 month wait. I don’t know about the GT-7s you are looking for but CE28 are not in stock anywhere... just have to wait...

I'm saying most places want around 50% down payment or so which equates to well over a grand for GT-7's. Thats a lot of money to have tied up for nothing in return....I'm always a skeptic though as the first place I ever special ordered wheels from went under about a month before I was supposed to receive my wheels. They never bothered to tell me they were closing, nor did they return my money. It was A HUGE hassle getting the money back through my CC company because it had already been almost 2 months since I put the initial money down....They asked why I waited so long at which point I had to go through the whole ordeal of explaining the special order etc etc. Case in point, it is much easier to pay money and get the wheels immediately.

Thanks! I believe I already PM'd them and they didn't have any in stock. I will keep them in mind if I ever do special order though. I noticed yours for sale and was super pumped but then realized they had long since been sold. DOH!
