wheel/tire tech question-please help!

I have factory 18" wheels. I am planning to use the same size tires on the front and rear. My intention is to double the life of my tires by being able to rotate them front to rear, rear to front. Does anyone know if there's a difference between the front and rear wheels that would prevent me from interchaging them? Thank you

The rotor has a bolt you need to unscrew to prevent you from attempting to place the front wheels on the back. Other than that you should be fine.

Are you going to go 245/45-18 front and back?

To my knowledge, rotating tires will not buy you "double the tire life." Maybe just 5%-10% more.
Conversely, rotating tires on a car with tight steering & suspension like the G can sometimes result in "pulls" to one side or another; which makes it not worth it to me. BMW, in their owners manuals, actually recommends against rotating tires on their cars for that exact reason.
Also, Infiniti set up the car with staggered tire sizes for a reason; why mess with that balance to get maybe only 5%-10% more tire mileage?
