What size tires?
Re: What size tires?
245/35/19 Front and 275/35/19 back are the correct sizes. You also might want to think about a spacer for that rear wheel. Try to move the offset out to something like +30mm.

Re: What size tires?
Im also having problems deciding also. I got 19x8.5 for all 4 rims with a +40 offset. i was thinking of going 245/35-19 all the way around so i can rotate tires because I dont have alot of money rite now to replace rear tires when they're bald. What will a 40 offset look like and will that be good on a G35 Sedan with sport suspension? And should I just go for the 245 front and 275 rear??? Thanks for your help, Martin

Keep the stagger. You can have your cake and eat it too, by eather running 18" wheels (as I do) all the way around or run 18s in the front and 19s in the back, as on the C5 Corvette.

The sedan is not designed with a stagger. Run the same sizes front and rear, as with stock. Just pick out tires that have the same outer diameter as you current 17" wheel/tire combo.
