New Wheels????

Ok, so my Brembo GT kit is too large for my Sevas S22's. Should I go Wilwood BBK or get new wheels? I know Iforged and HRE would clear, but dropping $4k on new wheels with tires is not what I want to do. So should I go Wilwood or change my wheels? I do like my Sevas, but the Brembos are hot. I know Coupe 19s work, but can I use other wheels that are coupe offsets on my sedan?
Thanks

G papa, it depends, I would love HREs or Iforged, but it all depends on what I can get for my sevas.

Scratch out HREs....almost no one can afford them lol

You will always take a good hit on a set of aftermarket rims no matter what brand they are unless you just plan on waiting it out to get what you really want for them.

iForged and DPE def make rims to accomodate BBK. There are also some concave wheels that allow for BBK as well but you give up a lip. Depends on what look and style rim you want.

Made for BBK

Sorry..I'm biased

not enough space for a spacer large enough. these are 355 mm rotors so it sits higher. Maybe I could get a different offset in the front. But hell, I dont know shoat about wheel offsets and stuff like that

do you have any idea what offset your wheel is? i know its probably either +35 or +40. either way, i've seen another member Flyinglumpia running the same wheels with either a 10mm or 15mm spacer in the front.

10mm should be plenty to clear a BBK.

Just a thought if you wanna hold off on buying those new wheels right away.

ah.. basically the spacer will lower your wheel offset.. ex: if you have a +35 offset and add a 10mm spacer, you should be now at a +25mm offset.

Check the back of the wheel, what I remember it should say 20x8.5 with a et of 40 or 25. If its 25 then I suggest getting new wheels, if its a 40 you could run a spacer.

well, i guess you can scratch the spacer idea... if the wilwoods is cheaper go with that then. unless you're just looking for an excuse for new wheels.

i really like the look of the Iforged Daytonas or Work Varanzas.

I love the Iforged Daytonas, but that price is killing me, maybe I will go that way. The Wilwoods are cheaper than what i paid for the brembos
