Remove PowderCoat

Anyone ever remove the PowderCoat from their rims? (I'm getting tired of the black.) Was wondering if it's possible, and what methods are used, and of these methods which is the best.
Thanks for the help.

They are Wald S13 19" 3 piece.

When purchased brand new they looked like this...

This is what they look like now...

I want the original look back. I suppose I'd be open to trades, but I figured I'd see if I can remove the powdercoat. They are rare wheels, and I like that aspect.
