I think that ebay listing is to trade in your existing wheels for some chromed ones.

You really need to consider a different insurance company if they intent to raise your rates for a comprehensive claim.

I thought it was illegal to do that after working in the industry a few years back.
You also have rates higher than someone with a DUI.
