Do a google search for tire calculator and you'll be able to enter the data and figure it out yourself. You need tire specs to do it.

Acording to http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp (easiest to use), check my example with my car, then plug in your own.

My OE wheels were the 18" Sport for Sedan

18" by 7.5" width with a +38 offset (I think)

OE tires are 235 45 18"

My new rims are the M45 Sport 19"

19" by 8.5" with a +50 offset. (I run 5mm spacers in front)

To get within 1% of the same rolling circumference, I need to run a 245 40 19 tire.

Right now I have 245 35 19 on them and the speedo is 2+ mph slow.

Rim width and spacers have no factor into tire height.

Yeah, but they do have a LOT to do with how or IF it will fit under your fenders. The width and spacers were just added for useless info. His question WAS answered.

But that was never the question.

Just wanted to make it clear to the OP that this information wasn't needed. No need to confuse someone more than they already seem to be, I mean, how hard is it to find a tire calculator and figure it out?
