What tension should i torque my lugs at?

The wrench in the trunk for changing a flat...

got new locking lug nuts. what tension should i torque them to?

Lug Nuts

It should be 80 ft lbs if im not mistaken?

You're NOT mistaken it's 80 ft lbs, and never let anyone use an impact gun
while installing your wheels....ever!

is the wrench in the trunk designed to torque at 80 ft/lbs? bc i just realized that the torque wrench i own does not have that high of a capacity.

^the wrench in your trunk, assuming it's the OEM lug wrench is not a torque wrench.
