new tires dont fit o6 coup

new tires dont fit o6 coup

just got new wheels, waiting three months from vender wheel exe...... your wheels are spec maid for your car garantd act act. finaly wheels are here and the two front wheels in my car have 5 stud and extra screw don't know what its for trying to find out. can I take it off ... firestone said no. new wheels dont have hole for it. what is that extra screw for and what can I do.
I have 06 coup no bremo.

you just remove it. it is there so they cant mess up and rotate the stock staggered rims

firestone said no it will make roter vivrate f up studs.
I am newb and dont even know what its for.
