got winter tires for my G and dont know if they will fit?

So not too long ago I got a good local deal on some winter tires. I bought the Dunlop wintersport M3's. I have a 2004 G35 sedan. Those tires came off a 350z and they have the stock 6 spoke 350z rims. The front tire sizes are 225/45/18 and the rears are 245/45/18. So I know for sure the fronts will fit, but what about the rears?
