Opinion on Bridgestone S03's

I'm considering the Bridgestone S03's cuz someone told me going with 275/30/19 would set off my VDC all of the time. So, the Falken Azenis are probably out. HELP! OPINIONS!

2 G or NOT 2 G, there is no question!

one of the best tires you can buy but if you plan to drive the car hard often dont expect these tires to last very long, there very very soft tires

Yup, very good tire, both dry and wet, not very good tread life. You can expect 12-15,000 miles tops, if you drive hard much less.

I would say the S-03's and T1-S's are the best tires for the money, and daily driving.

I cant complain... i dont worry about the VDC, its always turned off anyways..... unless its raining outside.
so far so good. Stiff walls, nice tread, better than a cheapy brand tire.

Re: Opinion on Bridgestone S03's

12-15k would be excellent. I only got 11k out of my oem Bridgestone Turanza EL42 tires. I replaced them with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's, but it was a toss-up between them and the S-03's. In the end, the only thing in the F1's favor was $4/tire cheaper in the size I needed (225/55R17). I'll probably try the S-03 next time out for a comparison, but that's at least a year off.

Great tire...I had 2 or 3 sets on my 540 6MT. The most mileage I could get was about 15K. Super soft and grippy, very quiet and excellent in the wet. However, if you get ANY snow at all you will need a set of winter tires.

Awesome tire, ran it on a couple auto-x events and it performs when needed.

Re: Opinion on Bridgestone S03's

I had a set on my sedan for about 24K miles. They were very quiet, and wet weather traction was very good. In terms of treadwear, I still had about 7-8K left on them but 80-90% of my driving was on the highway.

I have the GS-D3's right now on my coupe and they are superior in terms of wet weather traction. It's hard to compare noise and handling because the coupe and sedan are a little different.

I have a set of new S0-3's 245/35/19 frt 275/35/19rr which to me so far is pretty good on handling. Its raining this weekend so I have a great chance to test them in the rainy conditions. So far no complaints other than a little humming from the tires.

The SO'3 is a awsome tire, I have a set on my 350z (245/35/19f, 275/35/19r) does great in all conditions. Our only complain is the really short tread life. On our G we are running Toyo T-1's same size, to me they handle just as good and are lasting us a lot longer and you can get a complete set for about $900

Caribbean Blue 2004 G35c w/Navi
19x8.5 Racing Hart CR's 245/35/19 on Toyo T1-S
19x10 Racing Hart CR's 275/35/19 on Toyo T1-S
TEIN Basic coilovers
Greddy Exhaust

Great performing tire... but man.. the noise is KILLING ME. But, thats probably due to bad camber up front. My next set i'm going to install new a-arms... So far i've gotten about 11k miles out of them..
