Are OEM 18" rims staggered? Or all the same size?

Hmm?

That's probably a stupid question but I pretty much don't know for sure.

Alright, so I could buy four of the same tire and it'd fit all the rims. Good stuff.

Hmm, actually, I guess another question, what's the widest tire I can put on the 18 inch rims safely?

those tires are worth more than those rims lol.

for an 8 inch rim I wouldn't go over 245.. you can probably go as high as 265

Haha, that pic isn't even mine, I just grabbed it off the net so people would know what I'm talking about for sure...

My rear tires are bald, ( i have NO IDEA how that happened... ) so I need to get some new stuff, but don't have enough money for rims AND tires, so I just wanna get some tires and such.

Do I have to keep the staggered size? Or can I just do the same tire all around?

when i had the stock 18's i put on some 245.40.18's in the front and 275.40.18's in the rear but i wouldnt do the rears in that size again.. it didnt feel right nor did it feel safe... sidewalls almost looked like they overlapped the wheel... i would do 245's or 255's all around if possible..

if you wanna do all the same size all around to be able to rotate them.. i would do... 255/40 all around.. slightly bigger in the front vs. stock, and slighty smaller in the rear vs. stock.. but of course thats just my opinion.. maybe someone else has a better opinion
