EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
Greenstuff: Suitable for all fast road applications
Redstuff: Suitable for light to medium race applications fast road usage by heavier cars and track day use
So the greenstuff fit my driving style better. I dont race my G everyday, just need the best street pads available.

Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
We'll see, if they do wear down the rotors then theres the excuse to get some new sloted ones or replace the whole thing with stoptechs alltogether.

Like I said before the greenstuff is not available for the rear yet but you could give the NISMO R-tune pads a try, they have them for front and rear brembo and regular. Check them out here http://www.i-m-racing.com/brakes.html

Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
Can you use all of these aftermarket pads with the existing rotors? Any modifications necessary or are they direct replacement? Drawbacks? And what does it mean to "bed in" new brake pads? Thanks for any help. 15,000 miles and my fronts are at 3mm....

Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
hey guys, just checking back, how are you liking your EBC Brake pads? Are they holding up good, stopping well, and leaving little brake dust? I'm curious cuz I definately want to get some if they are
Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
They are, I just got a set the other day. p/n DP2197/2 for Brembo rears. Not sure about the part number for the non-Brembo
Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
just changed the pads yesterday and I must say I am impressed with them so far. I bedded them in and I have no squeaks or squeals yet. I did change them myself; it was pretty easy to do since I have done brake installs on my other car.
Re: EBC Greenstuff brake pad availability
3 days on the pads so far and these things own! no dust visible on the rims at all and still no squeals. I did not use any shims on these either on the install
