Some advice

I have an 06 G with 19's and i was wondering if it's possible to put 245/45/19's in the back... Will that cause any issues? Would it be better to put 45's all the round or can i still keep the 40's in the front. Any answer is a good answer for me.

too tall. stay with 245/40 or 255/40 in rear and 225/40 or 245/35 in front.
