I found a set of local winter wheels and tires off a 06 g35 coupe. He did not have the brembos so i dont know if they will clear mine. The wheels are 17x7.5 and the offset is 40. If they will hit I may consider 10 mm spacers.

depends, brake clearance isn't solely a factor of offset, it has a lot to do with design as well. Without knowing the wheel being used, we can't tell you if it will clear your brakes
