What spacers to get?

My girl just bought me some wheels that are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 with +35mm offset...tires are 275x35x19 and 245x35x19. Going to lowering with the tein s-tech springs...just wondering what spacers would be best to make it flush and would rolling the fenders be needed?

Thanks for the help
mike

30mm spacers front and rear, you'll need to roll in the rear
