The 18x8.5 with a 40mm offset would work very well on the Sedan. The RPM2's, which I just bought will work in either offset you mentioned. The +35 will stick out 10mm further than the +45. This will give a more aggresive look and also more room for big brake clearance.
Enkei has said the 18x8 with the +35 may not fit, I just don't see how it would not, but I will post in the next few days when I get them on. I had to go with the +35 to clear the Stoptech big brake kit.
It has also been posted that if you call enkei, they can give you more information, they have test fitted the sedan before.

I have 19x8's with a 32 in the front that fit beautifully. In the rear, you would probably have to roll the fenders. Alot depends on tire width as well. I have 225's on the front, and I think I could probably squeeze 245's on there, but I am not positive.
