Question about changing look of my rims!!!

If i only want to get my rims painted some kind of flat black, what would be my best option? I dont want to get the lip painted, i want to leave it polished. So will that rule out powdercoating?? I just want a finish that will last and not be glossy.

Thanks!

That should not rule out powdercoating, they could mask the lips and spray the rest

Yes powdercoating is by far the best choice.

There should be PC shops around that can do that for you. I know there are a number around the country that do all kinds of trick work with PC'ing stuff and polishing other parts of it.
