WOW both of your cars are reallll LOW lol!!! I lowered mine 2 inches on springs and thought I would be having a lot of problems with NYC driving but thank god I havent. I only notice hitting when other people are in my backseat so now NO 1 is coming in my car anymore =)!! BTW, nice work on your maxima. Martin

Re: *pictures* Installed the JICs today..

thanks for the compliments.. and i am looking to get a greddy or top secret front, but won't do it until the greddy tt kit is here and ready to go. probably going ings sides and rear or impul rear; really want someone to make a replica kit.

florida roads are pretty damn flat and smooth.. obviously over a big big bounce it will scrub, but i had it set to 15, which is really stiff so it didnt move AT ALL. you couldnt make it move up and down, haha.

this is what i raised the car to today, and i think it's a little too high but it still has a ton of camber issues:

Re: *pictures* Installed the JICs today..

I finished the install around 9pm and it was pouring outside.. weather was forecasted to keep on raining, so I just went ahead and raised the front back up.

I am going to attempt to lower the rear a little more tonight, not exactly sure how though because it seems maxed out. You never know with suspension how much it will actually settle out and because I don't drive the car everyday, it may take a week or so.. I am hesitant to lower it more in the front and have it settle after a week or so even further.

we shall see.

thanks

looks kinda cool with the front slanting down. might want to try to lower the back more to see how it looks.

Re: *pictures* Installed the JICs today..

ive been trying to figure out how to make the back lower.. i thought i lowered the strut as low as it would go in the rear, and the spring should be on the lowest setting. only thing left to do is cut the bumpstop in the rear which i dont really want to do.

i must be missing something..

i did order the full camber/traction/control arm kit from kinetix racing today. hopefully no more camber issues anywhere!

Re: *pictures* Installed the JICs today..

canon powershot g4.. not the greatest, but it's 4mp and gets the job done. i do a lot of freelance photography with it too and it works great for me.

i thought long and hard about the aero package, but it's not worth it when I ordered an ings+1 kit like 3 days after taking delivery of the car. haha.

i'm always down for taking pictures of the car, wish more people were the same way. i never get tired of looking at this car.

thanks for the compliments.

They go for like $1900-2100.00, but a good friend of mine can get them for around $1800 shipped to your doorstep.

PM me if anyone wants a set.

1800 shippied is not a bad price at all. Hey Jason i called my shop the installer wasnt around to ask. But seems you got it to work. So did you figure out how to adjust the dampening in the back?

Nice mod Jason. I can't do that to mine, my wife would kill me. I made her drive in a lowered Sentra for 4 years on crappy cobblestone streets in Italy.

I think 1800 shipped is a pretty good deal too.

i am pretty sure it involves taking the trunk panels pieces apart, because people who have taken the back seat out have never noticed it back there.

and i didnt get the rear figured out yet.. it is tucking tire, but i dont think it can go any lower. hmm.
