Tein H tech OR Tein S Tech ?????

Tein H tech OR Tein S Tech ?????
Yea I need some help deciding which springs to get for my 19x8.5(245/35/19) & 19x9.5 (275/35/19). Which would give my setup a lower and/or best fit ??? Anyone with suggestions, experience and/or pics please help!
Either spring will work for you G, selection depends on how low you intend to
go. I'm lowered on H-Techs which brought me down an inch and I still needed
to get the suspension pieces to bring my alignment back to OEM specs. The
S-Techs will lower your car 1 1/2", with my front bumper I couldn't leave the
garage with those on. I'm happy with what I have and wouldn't go lower.
