wheel fitment help

need some assistance, i'd appreciate some clarification.
got some new wheels (18x9.5 +15 offset) for all 4 corners.
the fronts wouldnt bolt on because of the 6th bolt (picture below)

its my understanding that the bolt is there only to prevent people from putting on the rears in the front, so i can take that small bolt off right?

also, when i bolted the same wheel onto the rears, the wheel stuck out a bit (see pictures below)

i'm thinking if i run some negative camber (+/- 2 degrees in the rear and +/-2.5 in front) the wheels won't be protruding much... is this a bad assumption?

sorry, but finally, the lug nuts i have fit but the bolting point is so damn recessed that i cannot fit a frickin socket into there (see pictures below)

anyone have any bright ideas? i don't want to have to get a new set of lugs

thanks so much for the help, and sorry for the nubbish questions

You should NOT be using stock lugs with any aftermarket wheels. Not sure of the technical explanation, but basically you need lugs with a narrower diameter/profile.

Are the Front and rear wheels the exact same specs??/ If so your rears should be more tucked than the fronts....i have the exact same size wheels +14 all around. Also the car is raised up as soon as you lower the car the wheels will tuck in a good amount...im running 20mm spacers in my rear!!

yes both front and rears are 18x9.5 +15. My biggest concern is that the car might look like an atv when i get tires mounted and drop the car on coilvers, but reading the post above i am feeling a tad more at ease.

no tires mounted yet so the only pictures are the ones above.

yes, you can take the extra bolt off...also, maybe it would help to get tuner lugs instead...gl

you cannot tell fitment without tires and without the car on the ground. post back when you have that.

Those wheels wont stick out AT ALL once you drop it down on the ground. Your suspension has no load on it therefor it hangs down, once you load it with the weight of the car the wheel/tire will camber in and sit just fine. I dont know what size tire you're planning on running but you can easily fit a 285 in the rear.

Depends on how low the car is, if you're low enough, then the front should tuck under. You'll have plenty of room for a 275 in the rear either way.

you think the 40 series should be ok up front? the difference in price between a 35 and a 40 is like 50 dollars!

post a side profile picture of your car to show how low it is right now and i can make a better judgement.
