TPMS sensors. Best place to buy them. Lowest price. Any advice?

I am buying a 2nd set of wheels and tires for my 2008 G35x sedan I and have to deal with the TPMS issue.
-Where is the best place to buy them? What is the lowest price?

-How do identify them as the right units for my car when visually inspecting them?

-Are the TPMS car or manufacturere specific? Or, are they universal?

-How can I check to see if they are functioning properly?

-Can you all offer any additional advice?

Thanks in advance.

From what I've heard...and it could be wrong because I heard it on the int3rnetz...is that TPMS's aren't universal. Each set has to be reprogrammed through the dealership. I feel your pain, I have a second set of wheels too and I guess I'll just drive around with the dummy light on.
