Firestone Promo 35% off tires...Which size should I get?

Hey Everyone,

Firestone is running a promo for 35% off any tire's 'regular' price (http://www.upaywhatwepay.com/fcac/co...ister_fcac.php).

I need to replace my rear tires on a stock 05 G35 Coupe 6MT with the 19 inch Rays. Which should I get?

1. Potenza RE050 245/40/19- $206 (each tire after discount)
OR,
2. Potenza RE050 Pole Position 245/40/19- $206 (each tire after discount)
OR,
3. Potenza RE050 255/40/19- $224 (each tire after discount)

Do they have the RE760 Sports?

I would go with those, I have them on mine and they work great!

Nope. Just the RE050's...

Yup.

Tirerack wants $608 (+27 shipping) for two 245/40/19 RE050's.

Sounds like this Firestone promo is a great deal as long as it works out. I'm trying to get Firestone to match Tirerack's pricing and then use the 35% discount. Not sure if it will work though.

Just got off the phone with Firestone. Two 245/40/19 RE050's came to $465.70 (total, installed, disposal, balance, etc...)

That's a damn good deal.

The guy I spoke to at Firestone said regular price on the RE050's are $303- which is the same price as Tirerack.

You're dead wrong. Why?

BTW- I got the tires installed today. I got the 245/40/19 RE050's for the quoted price of $465.70. They didn't have the Pole Positions in stock otherwise I would have gone with those.

yeah i just spoke with firestone and they quoted me $746.32 for 4 RE050As installed. I have a sedan with 235/45/18s. If I bought off tirerack im looking at $908 before shipping and going somewhere for install. Sounds like a deal to me but im not too sure about the Potenzas. How do you guys like them?
