Question Is 13K miles ok for Toyo T1R?

I live in relatively dry climate (North Texas). I have an average driving style. Do not track the car and do not drift around corners. I put a fresh set of Toyo T1R about 13K miles ago and now dealer is saying that the time to change tires has arrived. Do they wear as quickly as stock tires I originally had on my 19's? What is your experience for moderate level of "spirited" driving?

Thanks!

post pictures of the tread and we can make a better judgment than any dealer would give you.
