I'm running 19" by 8" 30 offset with 245 40 19. One inch drop with 350Z springs.

If I go any lower, the roads around here would eat me alive.

Or you could opt for 255/35 all around and keep the option of rotating.

The 255/35-19 fitment in the front will NOT work if you exercise any kind of camber correction. You have to be willing to run higher negitive camber levels to make it work. I know I had the same type of setup and as soon as I dialed out a bit of camber, game over with a unliveable amout of rubbing. Thankfully for me it was a simple as pulling out the 10mm spacers I was running bringing me back to a 45mm effective offset. Just to say it the tire that didn't clear had a sectional width of 9.8" and a tread width of 9.1", a 255/35-19 RE50A has a sectional width of 10" and a tread width of 9.3", so on that tire, clearanes would be worse.

You cannot do the 275/35-19 on the rear with that high of a offset without rolling the rear fenders.

I have done clearance test's where I removed the springs out of one side, put the tires and wheels back on and checked clearance from full extension to the bumpstops.
