well, i went down to my garage and looked at my stock 18's that came with the car and I noticed that the front hub had a stamp of 25 while the rear had a stamp of 16(possible offsets?). I cant help but think that if all 4 wheels were the same, why bother marking front and back?

Oh I see. That won't be until I get new tires. If I find out that I have to leave the rears on the rear, then I might get a staggared tire setup too. I wanted the same tire fitment so it'll be better for tire rotations with the fronts.

Whoa, those are on the stock 18" G35 coupe rims? I don't think their offsets went that low. On mine, on the inside of a spoke there was "30" inscribed on it.

The difference is removable if it already hasen't been.

The only difference between the front/rear coupe 18" rims is the fronts
had that little bolt thing which most of us removed. I believe it was used to
align the wheel when it was installed.

I put the rims on my '97 240sx, so really I should be able to use the front and rears interchangeably as long as I have the same size tires then.
