Well I have a bit of curb rash and tired of looking at it. I have the 19 in performance package on my 2006 coupe. I have looked into chroming my stock rims with an exchange option. The total cost to me will be $950 plus tax.

I was wondering if it would be better to get a new set of rims? What is your opinion on this? Did the OEM come chromed? Thanks for your time.

I'm not a big chrome fan so I'm going to say new wheels or powdercoating...

Is that $950 price with shipping? Any local DFW companies that do the chrome exchange?

I love the chrome on the OEM Rays, so I went the exchange route locally for about ~$550 awhile back and saved a ton on shipping. Up to your personal tastes in the end, OP.

what do you guys think of polishing these oem instead of chrome? Maybe just the lip? Also painting the inside of the rim?
