air impact wrench with portable air tank compressr

i plan on buyin one from sears to make my job easier when installing springs and such, will the 1.5hp, 2gallon tank 2.4 SFCM be enuff? with an impact wrench putting out 235 ft/torque max, will this be sufficent or do i need a stronger one?

No, I'd get at least a 8gal with at least 4+ cfm at 90psi. Keep in mind that you'll be able to justify the expense because you'll use it for other things besides the suspension.

Most of those things are real air hogs

I don't own one, but I've helped my brother work on his cars and that's all that he use's. He use's 2 10 gal tanks and a compressor that puts out 9cfm at 90psi and sometimes he complains about that not being enough.

Most of the tools I've looked at at Sears require at least a 20 gallon tank for intermittent use.
