Sedan wheels will work

17's from a 05 sedan will work on a 06 sedan, but not sure about coupe 17's. But if there the same as sedan 17's yes they will swap. I put my 06 sedan wheels on my wifes 05 sedan with no problem. I always thought the coupe came with 19's, I stand corrected.

The rims I'm referring to from the coupe are 17x7.5 for the front and 17x8 in the rear. So the rear wheels are slightly wider and the offset is slightly different than my sedan because it has the 17x7.5 all the way around.

I would say no, bc the offsets are way different. 06' sedan should have an offset of 30 to 45 (M45 wheels are 55 and they fit, barely), the coupe has an offset of 15 to 25, so it most likely would not work. You may have brake issues too.

The coupe wheels have and offset of 30 for the fronts and 33 for the backs. How do I find out what the offset is for the wheels that came with my '06 sedan? I know they are 17x7.5s but I don't know what the offset is.

They'll fit fine, there are quite a few folks here with coupe wheels on the sedan. If anything, it only looks more aggressive since the face of the wheel sits more outward and flush with your fender and quarter panel. You'll only run into problems with rubbing if you get coupe 19" wheels.
