I think if it was a Z go with the progressive spoke ... but on the G go with the 20" GT-C

I have pictures of my car with both the wheels you're interested in. I love the GT-C, but the Progressive Spokes are much lighter.

I favor romans RBC. Extra clean, but a $600 upgrade.

Progressive spoke! Makes the G look sooo clean. How much are they per rim anyway? I haven't seen a Z with them. I wonder how it looks.

I forgot... I think they retail for $3200-$3400 per set. The GT-C with the RBC finish is about the same - maybe a couple hundred less. I like the GT-C better because it has a bigger lip than the Progressive Spokes. Plus the GT-C has a more simpler and classic design so it never goes out of style.

Are you serious Roman? From what I heard the Progressiv Spoke weights a ton for Volks standards. A Japanese magazine reported the Progressiv Spoke at a tad over 24lbs, which makes it the same weight as stock G35C 18" rims. I was completely shocked when I found out since the Progressiv is a monoblock forged wheel. Was I misinformed?

(either way I can't afford either, the Progressiv is really really expensive)

I haven't seen any numeric data on how much the wheels actually weigh. I've just handled both of them and seems like the GTC is a tad bit heavier than the Progressive Spokes. I work out at the gym quite regularly and know what 25 lbs weighs. I don't think the Progressiv Spoke weighs any close to 25 lbs., maybe the 19x10.5 GTC is around 23-25 lbs. The PS maybe 20-22 lbs. If you want light Volk wheels then you have to go with the GT-N, CE28, TE37, or LE37. I would say that any of these wheels weigh under 20 lbs. The PS does come in 20s so I would have to say that they would weigh 24-26 lbs.

Somebody with a coupe has the 19" Racing Hart J5 in silver with the center caps, and I was shocked at how much that I liked 'em.
