Will a 255 30 20 tire fit on a 10" rim??

Someone offering me a deal on some 255's, but not sure if they will fit on my 10" wide rim. Any thoughts about whether the tire is too skinny to fit??

Help! Seriously though, I need an answer....thanks!

is this for the front or the rear? 255/30/20 is way too short of a tire to run in the rear

Yes, that would be the rear.....I currently have 275 35 20, and it's rubbing, so I need to correct, and these are available.

What does stretching have to do with this? The problem is that the tire is over an inch shorter than stock

you shouldn't be running a 35 series on a 20" wheel with 275 width, should be 30.

You can do 255/35/20.

^^That sounds like a reasonable solution, since I am having a hard time finding 275 30 20. Thanks.

So if I run 255 35 20, no rubbing issues and it will look fine, right?

Sorry to bring this post back from the dead, but I am looking to change from my current 255/35/20 to a 255/30/20. Anyone have any pics of a 255/30/20 on a 10" wide wheel?
I'll be doing a 225/35/20 on a 20x9 front. Or any sugestions for my set-up.
20x10 +25 rear with -2.1 degree of camber 1.5-1.75" drop, fenders rolled flat with a slight pull and currently have a 255/35/20.
Front is 20x9 +10 -2.1 degree of camber, fenders pinched flat, 245/35/20.

I know I can ask this in the randon wheel/tire thread, but I just came across this post and thought i'd revive it. I'm trying to narrow my options down before posting there.
Thanks.
