Have a Question/s About Wheels/Tires/Offsets/Camber/Etc? Ask here::
Looking at a future wheel set ups will 18x10+18 245/40 fit up front on a 06 sedan..? Thinking of putting the same specs on rear. I know my sedan will have to be super low to pull it off just don't want a lot of stretch.
Actually this thread is for general wheel and tire questions, however I do agree with what you're saying haha.
quiet you.
PIAA and Konig have both been in the game since the dawn of time. PIAA I'm sure have some models that look like other wheels, as all companies do, but their quality is top notch and they definitely make nice wheels.
The Konigs are kind of a toss up, Konig has made some poor quality oriented choices in the last few years and have really dipped to the budget side of aftermarket wheels. I've never seen anything they're produced explode or anything, but I have received their wheels with paint flaws and ugly burs on the mounting surface.
Either wheel, I say whatever on. If you like em and they come in decent specs go for it!
Na those won't poke, they'd be mint for a beefy tire set up if you wanted to do a 265/295 stagger.
Depending how low you plan to keep it I'd go with at least 20mm spacers front and rear. (or be a baus and relip to 11 and 12 with 4" and 5" lips. Easy swap too, rears on the front, new 5" rears and sell the 3" fronts.
However given those lip sizes, I'd say mid to hi disk. Definitely not low.
Yes, my bad English, meant to say "behave", lets blame the rum.
The bottom line is that I have experience with this tire, on a sport bike. So I can relate my experience, do you mind?
You are relating your experience with michelin tires on a different TYPE of vehicle. Your opinion was not needed or wanted and is also completely useless in his scenario.
Please stop clogging up the thread with your useless posts.

Me Gusta, you would love to lean a bike in the curves, I'm sure. It's better than taking a picture of your car in a curve, I can assure you!

[QUOTE=4DGS;6659667]Yet nobody asked for opinions on Michelins.... Your point is still 100% invalid and redundant.
I was giving my opinion on Michelin tires, what is your issue? What do you not understand? Is it not so that the technology is transferable?
Enough of this!
