I need 4x new tyres for my 2006 Nissan 350GT Sport Coupe.
It is currently running
225/40/r19 + 245/40/r19
Is it okay to go down to 35 (instead of 40), the options for this size are a lot cheaper and I am selling the car.
Thanks
Kiwi
Are you lowered at all? It can be ok if the gap between your tire and fender has been closed, but if you're at stock height it'll look noticeably dumber. It will look like you raised the car. Put your front wheel on the back of your car; that'll give you an idea of what it'll look like.
I have a set of wheels I was going to sell from my BMW 325 that I sold and have a trade offer for Rays Volk Raving AV3 17x8 +44 17x9 +41. My G is stock height non big break. I was thinking they were cool even though they are a 17"..but the offsets are my concern. Can I put them on my car with spacers and look cool or should I pass? Thoughts?
OK, Ill pass on the 17"Rays Volk Raving AV3 . How bout these wheels...they are just sitting in my garage. Will stock size tires (225/45 18 and 245/45 18) work on wider than stock wheels or do I get a different size.
