Anyone get there brakes serviced

My brake rotors were warped and brakes pads worn down at 10k miles. I read some posts about problems with the brakes so i took it to my dealer to have them fixed free of charge. Before the repair, my brakes were VERY SENSITIVE. They would grab (a little too much) at the slightest touch of the brake pedal. Now after the repair, they stop like any other car. Has anyone had this same experience? Thanks.

yeah. i think the new brakes they put on are less sensitive. of course i cant really say for sure as i didnt change my brakes until the fronts were worn to the metal and they really werent stopping well.
this probably helps them keep costs down by not having to change pads as often somehow,

I’ve had the new brakes for a couple of months now and I agree that they’re less sensitive. I was ok with that in the beginning when I thought there was less brake dust, but now, they seem just as dusty as the originals. Are you guys talking about the Brembo brakes?
I too only have 10K on my car, and the pads are pretty much worn down. Will the dealer replace them for free? Also one rotor isn't wearing out nicely.. there's slight "cupping" to it. I was about to have my mechanic change my brakes, but if the dealer will do it for free, I'm more than willing to make the trek out to the dealer.

..and yes I have the Brembo brakes (Coupe 6mt)

I have the non-Brembo brakes and the 3/36 warranty. To my knowledge, the Brembos do not have that warranty.

To read a little more, check here, I received the American version of this letter.

Same here, they just did mine and now it brakes like a Chevette, almost went through a red light coming out of the dealer, the tech said that's the brake that Infiniti is issuing
now but did not offer any other info. I drive a sedan non- brembo so once warrantee is over will put on what I want
but after 3 days or so seems better or I'm just used to it, not
sure but since its their dime, not worrying about it for now.
Told the service manager I bought a performance car with
performance brakes and now.......Chevette brakes....he tells
me I'm the only one to complain, everyone else just complains
they wear out to fast..dealers are evil..

It takes time for the brakes to seat themselves and get to know the rotors
