Question Lexani LX-15 20" > please verify my fit (offsets and tire size)

Hello Everyone,

Forgive me in advance for my ignorance and lack of knowledge on this. Looking into purchasing some new shoes for my 04 G35 Coupe (non-brembo) and want to make sure they fit properly. The following fitments were taken directly from 'Streetdreams.org' as a wheel\tire package that will properly fit my G:

Front: Lexani LX-15: 20x8.5
5x114.3 : 25mm offset : Machined Black with Chromed Stainless Lip
KUMHO ECSTA SPT, (245/35/20)

Rear: Lexani LX-15: 20x10
5x114.3 : 20mm offset : Machined Black with Chromed Stainless Lip
KUMHO ECSTA SPT, (275/30/20)

I've seen several post related to 245/35/20 being too tall for fronts on a G35. My G is not lowered, so I'm not sure if this applies or not. Should I be ok with the fitment "Streedreams" suggest?

Please review, advise, and TIA

- Jay

If you dont plan on lowering the car then do a 245/35 or 255/30 up front and a 285/30 in the rear.

The offsets are good for a G at stock height, but if you lower it they will tuck.

Thank you for the responses. 25/20 is the lowest offset they're offering on the LX-15's. Probabley a dumb question to ask, but are you suggesting F-255/30 and R-285/30 to fill out the wheel gap without lowering? I don't plan on lowering my G at this time. I just want to make sure there's no rubbing or tucking with the suggested 'streetdreams' setup.

It's odd...I've been to other sites looking for different wheel packages, and all of them (besides TireRack) suggest 245/35 tires on a 20" rim. Just don't understand why this is being suggested if it's a tire that's too tall...
