R&D for G35 Suspenion. Anyone near Downey,CA?
Hiya all,
I just talked to JIC Magic(been in Turbo magazine and has some really sweet cars) yesteday and they need to measure some specs for upcoming G35parts. This will make the aftermarket process happen faster. So if anyone would be willing to drop by and see their car on the lift please e-mail me at G35DriverCom@aol.com or IM me at g35drivercom. And I'll go into more details
thanks!

Yuichi - I work only 10 minutes away in Cerritos and would be willing to offer my G depending on how long they would need it. Let me know the details. I'm itching to get some lowering springs, so if it speeds up the process I'll be glad to help!

Stacy,
I'm not suspension expert but one possibility is maybe cutting the spring? This would lower the car and you wouldn't have to buy new springs.
I really recommend you contact www.jic-magic.com. Give them a call and talk to Terry. Tell him Yuichi sent you and go from there. If you have any questions e-mail me or send me a private message.
Thanks Stacey

I've seen the results of cutting or heating springs and it ruins the cars ride along with making bottoming out a problem. I have Intrax springs on my '98 Maxima and it looks great but the ride does suffer somewhat. I jokingly say I could run over a dime and tell you whether its heads or tails...
Professional developed aftermarket lowering springs are the only way to go. I just want to be able to get some feedback on what to expect (ride quality, height lowered, wheel clearence) before committing myself.
