i got toyo t1r's and they say "left" and "right" on the sidewall.
can i swap them side to side?

The treads have to face a certain way... so for example, if you put a tire on the left wheel and the word "right" is facing out, then the treads are rotating backwards. Flip the tire over and mount it on the wheel the other way and the word "left" will be facing out.

^ yeah right now, they're all facing the right way.
but i wanna swap them side to side to save them from camber wear and so word "right" will be on left and "left" will be on right.
is that ok?

No, you can't rotate directional tires without taking them off the rims and swapping them. The word "left" should always be facing out on the left, and the same for the word "right" on the right side of the car. The tread pattern will be rotating in the wrong direction otherwise.
