Ichiba Camber Kit Instructions

I saw the sticky for the spc howto.

Does anybody have the instructions for the Ichiba camber kits... if so can you please scan into a pdf file and upload?

dousche at ichiba is supposed to email me instructions and never did. now i have to wing the install.
