help with spacers

i have 20x8.5 and 20x10 rims with 245/30/20 and 275/30/20 tires.offsets are +25 all around.my rears are tuck so my question is what size spacers would work so i can get a more flush look.would i need to roll my fenders aswell.theres maybe a 1/4 inch or less gap between the fender and tire so im assuming its needed.any help would be great.

25mm = 1 inch you say you have 1/4 space left go with a 15mm spacer
