Anyways, my question is. Right now the wheels are silver, and my car color is Desert Platinum. I'm thinking of painting them black, what do you guys think? I'd appreciate the input. Thanks.

I dunno. I think they would look better the way they are.

Those type of rims, painted black, remind me of the wheels that used to come with late 80's Saabs.
