Which ones will fit on the Coupe?

Hey,
Do any of you fellas know how big you can go in Rim and Tire size on the Coupe (19's...20's...)? I am unsure of what sizes to order. Do they also make lowering springs other than Eibach? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'll get your Coupe in Jan??? Why the long wait?

19's should be fine, but you should keep in mind the wheel's offset to avoid tire rubbing problems.

Sticking with the stock offset (I believe it's +35) will generally avoid tire rubbing on the top fender well and interior lining (when you move up in wheel size). Most aftermarket wheels come in +40 or +42, so you may have to avoid shopping online unless they can offer the stock offset...which shouldn't be a problem nor an added expense.

Rubbing in the inner lining of the fender cavity will occur if there's a piece of plastic (usually made to incorporate plastic clips or screws) protruding. This occurrance is generally noted with +40 and +42 offsets, cause the wheels stick out more. But if the interior lining is clean, then you only have to worry about rubbing on the top edge of the fender well....depending on the softness or height of your suspension set up. Your best bet is to see if anyone else is experiencing tire rubbing with 19's before you buy....I was just pointing out a possible issue you should consider.

I agree....Nissan/Infinity is pretty generous on fender well (thank goodness). I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the 350Z could take 20s considering its size.

...then just go with the 19x10.5s. Otherwise, you could go with the 19x9.5 and wider tires to get that extra "lip".

You can go as wide as you want...but you may not be able to go as low.

What offset did you end up ordering? I am getting ready to order the same wheel/tire combo. I have not yet decided on the OZ Racing Superleggara III (3-piece forged silver) or the Lowenhart LD1 (Multi-piece Chrome). Why did you decide on the Bridgestones? I was thinking Michelin, BFG, or Toyo? Any input would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Almost forgot... What tire size are you going with??? I was going to get 245/35/19's for the Front and 275/30/19's for the Rear. Opinions?

Re: Which ones will fit on the Coupe?

Be careful with the S-03's they are a bit oversized in terms of tires. Also, as for offset, the higher the offset, the more tucked in they will be. Volk recommend a +22mm offset with the wider wheels since width will affect the offset number. Keep that in mind.
