Wait, these ones for sale say they are for the sedan or coupe. But isn't the stock sedan shocks and struts taller than the ones for the coupe? Or is Tokico not making a separate taller set for the sedan and a shorter set for the coupe? Are they just making one set for both?

One set for both, you won't see a taller version for a sedan, it's a performance shock that will be picked up by buyers largely running them on lowered vehicles. Tokico does not catalog a sedan fitment to my knowledge, but why should they, the suspension's are the same everything else that matters is the too hair splitting close to matter. For that matter they might have used even shorter piston rod length's then coupe/Z lengths.

Interesting. Thanks for the reply. So using the D-Specs with the stock sedan sport springs would probably be a bad idea? Would probably want to use at least the coupe or Z springs I'm assuming if you want to stick to stock?

I am the one who pulled the trigger on those for my coupe =). I'll let you know how it goes once I put them on. I'm currently on RSR springs now.

No, using the D-specs on a stock sedan,or with lowering springs, or maybe coupe/Z springs would be a great idea. Koni's would be a great idea too. The draw for the Tokico's is that they are double adjustable. Though if you plan on getting creative, as in stiffer springs then you can currently get with G or Z lowering springs, I would side with the Koni's, staying well below what Koni say's is the max stiffness they'll handle. But that's a whole different matter.

I just pulled the trigger on these too! You can get either the z spec or G spec. The seller on eBay, jdmwerks says, that the only difference is the valving. They are going for $499 shipped to the 48.

I got mine today. I misplaced my digicam somewhere but I'll try to have pics of the shocks before I mount them soon. Rebound AND compression is adjusted simultaneously, not separate. The adjustment screw can be turned 8 complete revolutions from full hard to soft. I guess when they say it's "16 way adjustable," they mean half a revolution.

I think it means that you have 8 settings of compression and rebound which equals 16. At least thats what I can tell from their website. I was hoping that you could adjust them seperately. I guess this means that in most adjustable shocks, only the compression can be adjusted? Also even though there are 8 revolutions of the adjustment ****, Tokico says that you can turn the **** to any position in between making for an infinite amount of settings.

Anyone know when the whole suspension kit including the springs are coming out? I wonder what the spring rates are and if they are progressive or linear.
